Since 1993, Crystal Nuttle has been on the battlefields of the Arizona Superior court so called justice system. She has seen first hand the devastation inflicted on families at the hands of Child Protective Services and those who bow down to their corrupt system.  ( Judges, Lawyers, Counselors, Psychologists, Medical Doctors and Law-enforcement.  Out of her own personal tragedy to triumphant court battles, she became a certified Court Watcher and Lobbyist for Family Law.     

In 2000, Crystal's Testimony passed a Senate bill into law that had been blocked in the House of Representatives for over a year . Governor Jane Hall signed this bill into law that protects parents and Children. 

In 2001, Crystal lobbied at the "Worldwide Children Summit" ( The Rights of the Child) at the United Nations at Manhattan , New York . Many Ambassadors and Delegates from different nations embraced her lobbying to implement into Public Policy that strengthens the family units around the world.

 In June of 2013, begins My Story as to Why I Can’t Vote!   Due to America being in peril, there is a push campaign for Voting like never before. Several times a day I get messages like, “Why aren’t you signed up to Vote?” Crystal, here’s where you can sign-up & vote.” Etc.   Well let me tell you my mind-bending story as to why I can’t vote. First of all let me introduce myself, my name is Crystal Nuttle, a Law-Abiding Felon who has been a Certified Court Watcher and Advocate for CPS victimized parents since 1999!  You may ask the question, “How can a Felon be a Law-Abiding Citizen?” This is when & where one of my kingdom missions from God began. KJ James 1:27 Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit (help, assist) the fatherless and widows, (women, mothers that is in a disinherited unprotected state), in their AFFLICTION, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.   In June of 2013, as I was walking out of the AZ Senate Building I saw CBS Channel 5 Reporter Allyson Blair interviewing a very passionate mother giving her tragic AZ CPS story of how her 3 boys were kidnaped by CPS.   She was holding up before CPS & after CPS pictures of her boys. What a distinct difference of the boys smiling and their beautiful countenance beaming while in the custody and protection of their mother.   The after pictures were heart-wrenching! The painful expressions of the boys, with sores around the oldest boy’s lips, was riveting. As this mother was pouring out her tormenting agony of her boys now in danger being molested by several AZ CPS agents and pleading for her story to be told, she was denied by what we have learned since then, as the Fake & Corrupt News CBS etc.!   One knows the ring and sound of TRUTH when you hear it and this mother had the thunderous voice of Truth that NO ONE that is Lying can even come close to duplicating! Plus the pictures she displayed shouted a thousand words of Crystal Clear Truth   that her dear boys was in dire danger and in the hands of the biggest Child Sex Trafficking Ring, AZ Child Protective Service which a more fitting name, for these criminals needs to be,  AZ Child Predator Services!   I immediately connected with the Child Advocate that accompanied this mother. She was from out of state so I invited her to stay in my home until this critical CPS case was resolved. A few weeks went by and the mother received a Certificate from CPS stating that she was ready for reunification with her boys! Furthermore, her parental rights were Not severed! What great news! She passed the parenting classes 3 times over with flying colors. But time drug-out until the sexual abuse that was being inflicted on her 6-year-old son by his foster mom became unbearable! There were NO attempts for reunification by CPS.   I was approached by this mother and child advocate pleading for me to consider assisting in the rescue of this child for he was terrified saying he would be killed. On supervised visitation her son would cry uncontrollably whispering to his mother that he couldn’t take any more and his life is being threatened by the foster mom he called Mimmie if he breathed a word of his abuse. He would sob and whisper, mommy if you don’t get me out of here I pray to Jesus that He will kill me because I can’t take this anymore! The three boys were separated so they were not around to protect their younger brother. CPS loves to do this to siblings.   I deeply prayed about this and my husband was in agreement with me assisting in this rescue due to the AZ ARS statue 1302 C 1. 2. (a) Has a good faith and reasonable belief that the taking, enticing or withholding is necessary to protect the child from immediate danger. I knew of this ARS statue well for in 2000, it was my personal testimony in the House of Rep. that unblocked this Senate Bill that was blocked for over a year   by the House of Rep. It was Gov. Jane Hull that signed this bill into law!   I was the only one who had a vehicle and I lived in the Phoenix area, so we pact up and went to Tucson where the mother was having a supervised visitation with her son. I drove up in the parking-lot, another mother who came along distracted the receptionist as the advocate and I stayed in the car. Out walked the mother carrying her son with his arms wrapped around her neck begging to never let him come back or he would surely die! Off we went.   Mother & son had 5 days of heaven while the advocate and myself was trying to get things worked out with those that knew we were Good Samaritans and that we were within the law in saving this precious boy’s life, then everything came crashing down. Long story short, we were all arrested being charged with ARS 1302. A 1. Takes, entices or keeps from lawful custody any child, or any person who is INCOMPETENT, and who is ENTRUSTED by Authority of law to the custody of another person or INSTITUTION. Constitutional Laws DO NOT protect INSTITUTIONS (CPS) ONLY a Living Being! We were assigned to Judge Richard Fields and from what I understand to this day he is the one of the ONLY Just judge in Tucson, Pima County. Judge Fields saw through this sinister charade. My public defender seemed to be in my corner at this time and requested the boy’s CPS documents and against all odds over 3,000 pages was granted to me! Judge Fields ordered that any CPS document could be used as evidence before the jury. Suddenly, there was a shift in judges and the Infamous Judge Carmine Cornelio was assigned to us. As I stepped through the bar in Judge Cornelio’s courtroom and as I looked up into his eyes the Holy Spirit showed me that this judge was purely wicked! As he grinned like a principality and mocked me that I should have taken a plea-bargain like my accessories did! I was stunned for a second for I didn’t know until that moment that they all took   plea-bargains. I now understood why my public defender became a public pretender, and ended up doing a bate & switch on me, since the reassignment of judges he started treating me like I was guilty. I waited for my time to speak and said, now I know why my attorney has done a 180 on me and stopped building my case! Judge Cornelio gave a creeping chuckle and said, “Ooooh it’s because of me is it !” I responded well since there was a change of judges. He has pushed the threat of 2.7 years in prison on me and said, “if I do not take a plea-bargain and I will be found Guilty at trial, be handcuffed and swift away to prison!” While looking at my pretender who was looking down on the ground and then turned my gaze to the prosecutor and then to Judge Cornelio, I said, I am not intimidated with the threat of prison for my Heavenly Father is the ultimate judge in this court and His laws are higher than man’s laws when they don’t protect the innocent! I will tell you what my Lord Jesus Christ told Pontius Pilate, The ONLY power you have over me is what my Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus gives you and Righteous Judgments will visit you if you do not do the righteous thing! Judge Cornelio pushed himself up over the bench looking down on me and with a puffed up chest he shouted, “I am the ultimate judge in my courtroom and they judge me only when I leave this earth!” I shook my head and said ooooh no, you will see.   I fired my pretender and was assigned another pretender, and I was told by my new public pretender that I could not use any of the CPS documents that proves that all the boys were being horrifically sexually abused by CPS agents! My husband wanted to pay for a high-profile attorney but I wouldn’t let him, knowing that many CPS victimized parents spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on so-called barracuda attorneys and still lost their job, home, children and dignity by the evil hands of CPS!   It took over 4 years to go to trial for I had 3 prosecutors (the Judge, the attorney & the prosecutor) legally a defendant is to just have one each, they colluded together and thought they did a check-mate on me by a bogus limine stating I couldn’t use the hundreds of AZ CPS news articles that my first defender’s assistance produced. I pointed out that it does not state that the CPS files cannot be used but they stared like they were zombies, pretending to not hear what I said.   When it came around to the day before my trial, on December 19, 2016, I cried out to God if I should go, and I got the message that I would be going to my very own crucifixion! I said alright Lord, if I am hearing You right, make Ray tell me not to go. My husband told me, honey , if you go to your trial you will be going to your crucifixion, if Pima County wants you that badly, let them come through Maricopa County to get you! Little did I know that I was his last trial which was a No-Show for the Judicial Conduct Commission dethroned him due to being the worst judge they dealt with in the last decade! I was in jail 12 days then released until my sentencing on September 5th 2017. The prosecutor did a song & dance before my God-Handpicked Judge Janet Bostwick to give me the fullest punishment of 2.7 years. Judge Bostwick asked how many people were in the court in my behalf and over   half the people raised their hands. She then picked-up a stack of papers beside her and said Mrs. Nuttle does not deserve prison for I read here that she is an asset to her community and I sentence her to 3 years probation! My awesome probation officer put me on a list to just send a form once a month and as of September 5th of this year of 2020, I am off probation! 

Crystals passion is to be God's mouthpiece to separate  the precious from the vile  and to administer  justice as it is written in Proverbs 31:8-9 : " Open your mouth for those unable to speak for themselves , for the rights of all who are left desolate and defenseless . 

open your mouth , judge righteously and administer justice for the poor and needy". 

During the course of Crystals journey , she researched and studied the majestic history of America and how it was founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ . She fell in love with this nation that God so richly blessed above any other. Now that America is in her darkest hour of decline , Crystal is on a mission to restore the God-given Republic , liberties and freedoms that have been lost.

Crystal is working on rising up peaceful , but powerful warriors and guardians of "We the People" , who are in search of truth , teaching and training them how to speak out to defend and protect the most effective and empowering Constitution ever written to keep America  " The Land of the Free and Home of the Brave"!
